CertifyMed Announces July 2026 Platform Launch with InterRAI Assessments and HCBS Settings Rule Compliance
CertifyMed today announced that its InterRAI Assessments and HCBS Settings Rule Compliance modules will be generally available beginning July 1, 2026. The platform will deliver digital InterRAI clinical workflows, automated compliance management for the HCBS Settings Final Rule, and full integration across state agencies, managed care organizations, assessment entities, and HCBS providers.
Platform Launch Overview
CertifyMed, the enterprise HCBS platform designed for Medicaid waiver programs, today announced a July 1, 2026 general availability date for its first two modules: InterRAI Assessments and HCBS Settings Rule Compliance.
The platform will be available to state Medicaid agencies, managed care organizations, independent assessment entities, and HCBS provider organizations operating under 1915(c) waiver programs.
What's Available July 1, 2026
InterRAI Assessments
The InterRAI Assessments module includes guided digital intake workflows for ID, MH, and long-term care instruments; automated scoring and Clinical Assessment Protocol (CAP) generation; longitudinal assessment history with trend visualization; and CMS-compliant output files and reporting. The module supports multi-assessor workflows with supervisor review, escalation, and quality oversight built in.
HCBS Settings Rule Compliance
The HCBS Settings Rule Compliance module includes a provider site registry, digital self-assessment distribution and collection, automated heightened-scrutiny identification, remediation plan management, evidence collection workflows, and CMS documentation generation. State agencies can manage the full compliance lifecycle — from initial site assessment through ongoing monitoring — within a single system.
Expanded Platform Modules — January 1, 2027
The following modules will be available beginning January 1, 2027:
- Case Management — ISP workflows, service authorization tracking, caseload management, and outcomes reporting
- Program Management — enrollment, transition pipelines, longitudinal outcome monitoring, and federal reporting (including full MFP support)
- Adverse Incident Reporting — guided intake, investigation workflows, trend analytics, and regulatory submission tracking
