Built to Transform HCBS Compliance
CertifyMed exists because the people who depend on HCBS programs deserve better infrastructure — and the organizations serving them deserve tools that actually work at the pace of modern healthcare.
The Problem We Set Out to Solve
Across the United States, hundreds of state agencies and thousands of HCBS provider organizations are managing life-critical compliance obligations through paper binders, spreadsheets, and legacy systems that weren't designed for the complexity of modern waiver programs.
The result: compliance gaps, delayed assessments, missed reporting deadlines, and ultimately — participants who don't receive the quality of care they're entitled to. CertifyMed was built to fix that.
We build software that makes HCBS compliance proactive rather than reactive, and that gives every stakeholder in the care continuum — from state oversight agencies to frontline care coordinators — the tools they need to do their best work.
Compliance technology should not just minimize regulatory risk — it should actively enable better care for the individuals HCBS programs exist to serve.

Our Core Values
Person-Centered
Every feature we build is evaluated against one question: does this improve outcomes for the individuals HCBS programs serve?
Compliance First
We take regulatory accuracy seriously. Every algorithm, every report, and every workflow is built to satisfy real-world compliance standards.
Relentlessly Practical
Elegant technology that works in the field — on mobile, offline, in a state office or at a participant's home — is the only kind worth building.
Partnership-Driven
We succeed when our customers succeed. Our team becomes an extension of yours — not a vendor you call when something breaks.
